  1. 支援服務助理 (須兼殮房工作)

職責:

‧每日執行病房雜務如接收及發送已洗物品於病房和員工制服,補充醫療物品及用品和派送回收早午晚餐車

‧病房清潔如更換窗簾、床圍簾及空置病房清潔

‧病房傢具及醫療物品之簡單維修

‧院內清潔如清洗病房及各部門之冷氣隔塵網及抽氣扇

‧協助員工宿舍之運作及發放或接收交還之制服

‧協助護送臥床病人轉院或覆診工作

‧接收供應商送來之訂購物品

‧病房運送病人遺體到殮房存放入雪櫃並作登記

‧發放遺體並登記死亡証詳情資料

‧日常殮房之清潔工作包括靈修室及惜別軒

‧執行上級指派的工作

要求:

‧中三或以上程度

‧略懂閱讀及書寫簡單中、英文

‧略懂一般文書處理及簡單電腦操作

‧有搬運物件能力

‧略懂簡單木工及電器維修優先

‧須輪班及視乎需要在辦公時間以外及假日工作,但不需輪夜班

香港防癌會賽馬會癌症康復中心是一所由衞生署認可,以自負盈虧但非牟利的方式運作的護養院。本中心致力為癌症患者或其他晚期病患者提供高質素的康復、短期、紓緩護理及寧養服務,並為患有長期病患的長者提供全面的住宿照顧。

  1. Physiotherapist (Part Time, projected-based)

Responsibilities:

‧ Establish and maintain service quality to meet regulatory requirement and clients expectation

‧ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver professional and high quality services to patients

‧ In /out-patient physiotherapy services

Qualifications:

‧ Degree or above in Physiotherapy

‧ A certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong

‧ 3 years relevant work experience as a physiotherapist

‧ Good interpersonal, communication, management skill and good team player

‧ Good discipline, self-motivated, flexible, passionate in community engagement and patient-centred care.

 

  1. Nursing Officer

Responsibilities:

‧ Direct, organise and oversee the operations of nursing services, including the Day Care Centre

‧ Establish and maintain service quality to meet regulatory requirement and clients expectation

‧ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to deliver professional and high quality services to patients

‧ Supervise and coach members of the care team

‧ Control resources utilisation and provide inputs for procurement of equipment and furniture

‧ Formulate and implement staff training and development plans

‧ Participate in the promotion of nursing home services to other healthcare disciplines and the public

‧ Hold family meetings and provide counselling

‧ Provide infection control measures and instructions to staff and patients

Requirements:

‧ Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and valid practicing certificate

‧ Degree or above in Nursing with min. 5 years of managerial experience in clinical setting

‧ Experience in clinical leadership is preferable

‧ Pleasant, proactive with good leadership, interpersonal skills and communication skills

‧ Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

‧ Have completed certificate courses or above qualification in Infection Control training

Remuneration:

  1. Registered / Enrolled Nurse

Responsibilities:

‧ Provide to the residents and their families the best compassionate care that focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life

‧ Coordinate other members of the nursing team for effective and timely execution of care

‧ Collaborate with physician(s) and other disciplines to plan the best care to residents and their families

Requirements:

‧ Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse license and valid practicing certificate

‧ Experience in clinical setting will be an advantage

Remuneration:

‧ Competitive remuneration package compared to hospital will be offered including annual leave (RN: 21-26 days; EN: 18-23 days), paid birthday leave, medical coverage, training subsidies and gratuity

‧ Roster duty required. Extra night shift allowance

 

  1. Registered / Enrolled Nurse (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

‧ Provide to the residents and their families the best compassionate care that focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life

‧ Coordinate other members of the nursing team for effective and timely execution of care

‧ Collect the self-brought medications from newly admitted patient and patient after follow up with proper data entry on the related system.

‧ Collaborate with physician(s) and other disciplines to plan the best care to residents and their families

Requirements:

‧ Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse license and valid practicing certificate

‧ Experience in clinical setting of medical specialty for at least 3 years

‧ Experience in palliative care / End-of-life care will be an advantage

Remuneration:

‧ Competitive remuneration package compared to hospital will be offered including annual leave (RN: 21-26 days; EN: 18-23 days), paid birthday leave, medical coverage, training subsidies and gratuity

‧ Roster duty required. Extra night shift allowance

 

  1. 健康服務助理 (HCA)

職責:

‧料理院友個人衛生,保持儀容整潔,如口腔護理及沐浴更衣

‧照顧院友飲食,如分發早午晚餐、協助院友進食或餵食餵飲

‧定時及有需要時替院友更換床單被服

‧定時替臥床院友轉換睡姿或協助離床坐椅,協助有需要院友在院內活動

‧定時替有需要的院友更換尿片和清潔,協助其他院友如廁

‧協助護士執行臨床檢查及其他醫療程序,如量度生命表徵、記錄院友的飲食及排出量、常規尿液測試

‧執行病房內之雜務,如清潔及消毒病床、醫療護理儀器、用品,整理病房物品及協助盤點

‧處理離世院友的遺體及運送遺體往殮房

‧執行上司指派的其他工作

要求:

‧中三或以上程度,具HCA/PCW/HW證書

‧須輪班工作,夜更每晚額外津貼

‧月薪最高可達$24,079,歡迎沒有經驗的申請者申請
