Ms. Lau Yuk Kuen, Noeline, holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong. She is qualified as a Solicitor in Hong Kong. She practises in Company, Family, Conveyancing and Land, Probate and Wills, Civil and Criminal Litigation.
